Happy National Women's Month!

Ang paaralan ang ating pangalawang tahanan at hindi ito magiging tahanan kung walang haligi.

Sa ating mga pangalawang ina sa ating pangalawang tahanan, sa sumusubaybay sa ating paglaki, kasama natin sa tagumpay at kabiguan, ating kaagapay sa pagkatuto at naghuhubog sa atin upang tayo ay maging maka-Diyos, makatao, makakalikasan, at makabansa, sa ating minamahal na mga guro.

Kaisa ang buong Kagawaran ng Edukasyon sa pagdiriwang ng National Women's Month ngayong Marso!

Sa ilalim ng temang "WE (Women and Everyone) for gender equality and inclusive society," nilalayon ng selebrasyon na itaguyod ang mga karapatan ng kababaihan at pantay-pantay na pagtrato sa bawat isa.

Kasama ang DepEd sa pagsisiguro na ang karapatan ng kababaihan ay mapapahalagahan sa pamamagitan ng paglalaan ng mga proyekto at programa sa layuning ito.


The Department of Education joins the celebration of the International Women’s Day today, March 8!

With the theme “DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality,” this year’s celebration is in accordance with the priority concept for the upcoming 67th Session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW-67), which is the “Innovation and technological change, and education in the digital age for achieving gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls”.


In line with this, the celebration also aims to recognize women and girls who are championing the advancement of transformative innovation and digital education.

Along with this, we are also celebrating today the Women’s Rights and International Peace Day in accordance with Proclamation No. 224, s. 1988


Mother of Philippine Women's Literature

Sa pag-ukit ng kasaysayan, hindi nagpahuli ang kababaihan! 

Ngayong Women’s Role in History Month, alalahanin ang nakaraan at muling kilalanin ang ilan sa mga natatanging Pilipinang nagbigay-inspirasyon at lumikha ng pagbabago para sa bansa.

Tampok ngayong linggo si Leona Florentino, babaeng makata at kinikilalang "Mother of Philippine Women's Literature.”

Ipagdiwang natin ang naging marka ng kababaihan sa kasaysayan ng Pilipinas! 

Here are the activities prepared by the school to inspire women and girls, empower themselves, and take on leadership roles, opportunities, and benefits towards maximizing their full potential and enabling them to reap the fruits of gender equality.

In celebration of Women's Month, Sabang ES held a kick-off ceremony this Monday, March 13, 2023. It was attended by the school's OIC Principal, Sir Makki Espinosa, along with the teachers, students, and SPTA officers.

The program was successful under the leadership of Mrs. Nanette M. Laparan, the school's GAD Coordinator, and with the help of teachers and SPTA officers.

We are grateful to Spices & Herbs Catering Services, one of our stakeholders, for setting up our beautiful stage decoration.
